JogRunSprint is a revolutionary app inspired by the popular running technique known as "10-20-30", developed by professor Jens Bangsbo and Thomas Gunnarson from the University of Copenhagen (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22556401).

By using JogRunSprint, you can achieve remarkable results in as little as 3-4 weeks of consistent running, regardless of your level of experience. In fact, a group of seasoned runners who followed this training program for just 7 weeks were able to improve their 5K times by an impressive 4 percent!

JogRunSprint simplifies the process of running 10-20-30 intervals. All you need to do is set the desired number of sets and press start. The app provides both visual and auditory cues to guide you throughout the entire exercise.

It's important to remember the significance of a proper warmup before beginning any exercise. We highly recommend warming up with an easy jog for approximately 10-15 minutes, gradually increasing your speed during the last few minutes.
